Baudouin Mallez is a passionate entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in wealth management in Luxembourg, gained within several French private banks. Specialising in international portfolios, he stands out for his generalist expertise enabling him to precisely understand the complexity of financial, succession and entrepreneurial challenges on a global scale. After co-founding a multi-family office, he created Odax Wealth Partners with the desire to put bespoke advice and independence at the heart of the client relationship.

Jordy Lukanu
A graduate of Rennes School of Business with six years of experience in wealth management between Paris and Luxembourg, Jordy Lukanu honed his skills supporting an international clientele of wealthy families, entrepreneurs and institutional investors at independent firms such as Cardea Patrimoine and MJ&Cie Family Office, before joining leading banking institutions including BIL, Natixis Wealth Management and Lombard Odier. Jordy embodies a new generation of ambitious, agile professionals focused on impact, technology and driven by a strong entrepreneurial vision.

With a career built between finance and entrepreneurship, he began at Tyco International before joining Banque du Louvre as a financial engineer. In 2006, he founded Agami Family Office, an innovative model aligned with client interests, which he successfully developed before selling his shares to the Premium group in 2024.
